Singapore’s Super Penthouse is on the Market for sale $108M

Within Singapore’s tallest residential building “Wallich Residence,” reaching roughly 951 feet high, is the city-state’s most expensive listing, asking S$108 million (US$78.187 million), Mansion Global reported.

While the 21,108 Square foot triplex, is the highest and largest (21,000 square feet) non-landed residence in Singapore.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom apartment is part of the Wallich Residence’s limited collection of 181 ultra-luxurious residences––comprised of one- to four-bedroom units, four penthouses, and one super penthouse––located in the mixed-use Tanjong Pagar Centre.




The first floor encompasses all five bedrooms, as well as a private garden, family room, and viewing deck.
On the second floor, a formal dining room adjoined with a 600-bottle wine room, a lounge, and a kitchen.
A private pool, cabana, hot tub, and roof terrace are on the top floor, where a pool deck is attached to a full bar and kitchen.
Residents will have access to Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s amenities and services, as the five-star hotel is in the same area, in addition to a 150,000-square-foot urban park, featuring casual eateries and high-end restaurants surrounded by a serene setting.
Wallich Residence, designed by Chicago-based architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, was named for Danish surgeon and botanist, Nathaniel Wallich, whose legacy has significantly contributed to Singapore’s reputation as a “Garden City.”
The residential building is planned to be completed by the end of 2017.
